Services include:*
- One prenatal visit including birth-plan consultation
- Two 60 minute Prenatal Massage
- One prenatal visit focusing on Advocacy skills
- Advisement on exercises and body movements to support a possible ease in birth including nervous system regulation
- Access to the latest resources from Evidence Based Birth regarding birth research and studies
- Lactation education and resources to meet your breastfeeding goals
- 24/7 accessibility via text or phone for questions or concerns during pregnancy and postpartum (not medical advice)
- Labor assistance starting at your home and/or transition to the hospital until baby is born
- Assistance with latching and baby bonding immediately after the birth
- 2 hour Postpartum massage with essential oils in your home including CST for you and the baby and standing sacral release to aid with recovery after the birth
- One SOS visit for immediately after returning home for breastfeeding support if needed
- Tips for relaxed breastfeeding and newborn baby care at the postpartum visit as well
- Gift bag
Prices: (first time client prices)
- $2800 for total services listed above including a $600 non-refundable deposit to reserve the 4 week period around your due date
- $3000 total doula package including a 3-hour, hands-on Spinning Babies® Parent Class, (see education page for details), with a $600 non-refundable deposit to reserve the 4 week period around your due date
- $100/hour for on-demand doula support with no contract and based on my availability
